How do I create a profile for my company?
If you want to create a profile for your company, simply go onto the company page, and fill out the contact form. Then we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I create a user?
If you want a personal account for KINTO Share, click here.
If you want to use cars that are associated with your company for personal errands, please remember to follow the guidelines you have received from the company. If in doubt, get in touch with customer service. They’ll be happy to help you.
What does it cost to use a KINTO Share?
If your journey is work related and your company has a KINTO Share contract, the company pays. If you’re running personal errands, then you pay. You’ll find the prices for personal use here.
What is a trip? And when does the price change to 2.5DKK/km?
The trip refers to the amount of km driven during the entire reservation. Even if you stop several times, without ending your reservation, then the km. driven are still included. Once you’ve driven 50km in total in one trip, the price falls to 2.5 DKK/km.

Is there any way to avoid excess?
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to avoid an excess.
Can I take the car abroad?
Yes, that is okay – you do however have to pay bridge fees, toll fees and/or ferry tickets as these aren’t included in the price. Have a nice trip!
Can I use a KINTO Share to go to the landfill?
Yes, you can, just remember to tell the wardens at the landfill that you’re using a car with yellow plates for a private errand. If it’s work-related we will invoice the company.
Who is allowed to drive?
Only the person who has made the reservation is allowed to drive the KINTO Share car. Please note that you have to be over 18 years of age, have a full driver’s license and be a member of KINTO Share to be allowed to reserve a car.
Where do I return the car?
All KINTO Share cars must be returned where they were picked up. If you picked the car up from a reserved KINTO Share parking space, please return it in the same space. If you are unable to return the car to the correct place, please call customer service on +45 80 20 30 40.
How long can I reserve a car for?
You can make a reservation that lasts up to 14 days. If you need a car for a longer period of time, take a look at KINTO Flex.
What do I do if I’m late?
You can extend your reservation in the app if the car is available. If you aren’t able to do this, please get in touch with our customer service team on +45 80 20 30 40 – we’re here to help.
Can I plan more than one reservation in the app?
Yes, you can plan several reservations in the future. However, it isn’t possible to have overlapping reservations.

Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org , and we can help you with deleting your account. Please note that if you have had a reservation, we cannot delete your details straight away.
